Collection Instructions:
1. Date of draw is required.
2. Spin down unopened (vacuum intact) tube within 45 minutes of draw.
3. Heat-treated, hemolyzed, icteric, lipemic, or specimen containing particulate matter, precipitate, red blood cells, or sodium azide will not be tested.
Additional Information: Performance has not been established using cadaver or body fluids other than serum.
