Container/Tube: Gold top, serum gel

Specimen Volume: 2 mL

Collection Instructions: Spin down unopened (vacuum intact) tube within 45 minutes of draw.

Additional Information:

1. Date of draw is required.

2. Performance has not been established using cadaver or body fluids other than serum.

3. The following specimens will not be tested:

A. Heat-treated, hemolyzed, icteric, or lipemic

B. Containing particulate matter, precipitate, RBCs, or sodium azide
