Specimen Requirements
Plasma and urine are required.
Plasma should be drawn midway into timed urine collection. Recommended interval for urine collection is 12 hours or 24 hours.
Specimen Type: Plasma
Container/Tube: Mint-green top (lithium heparin)
Specimen Volume: 2 mL
Collection Instructions:
1. Avoid hemolysis.
2. Label specimen as plasma.
