Specimen Volume: Entire biopsy

Collection Instructions: Label bottle with patient’s name (first and last), date and time of collection, doctor’s name, and source of specimen.

Additional Information: Complete a NetworkReferenceLab Histology Request Form in Request Forms in Special Instructions and forward it with the specimen.
