Methodology
Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction
(RT-PCR) amplification using primers specific for the S- and
L-forms of the PML-RARA fusion followed by capillary
electrophoresis for size separation.
(PCR is utilized pursuant to a license agreement with Roche
Molecular Systems, Inc.)
